Our Luxurious Historic House
The story of our Villa...
When the McCormack family built The Villa in 1925, they didn’t know their building would someday become one of the finest bed and breakfasts in the United States. The McCormacks felt it necessary to build a grand structure to accommodate their large extended family who would visit from around the US and Ireland. That’s probably why the large bedrooms were paired with en suite bathrooms and spacious closets, and the walls were built thick to minimize noise and add warmth and intimacy.
The McCormacks also made sure to build the rooms away from each other and not on top of one another to minimize the sounds of creaking floors. Later on, a carriage house-like addition was added connecting to the main floor.
For the last 35 years, The Villa Bed and Breakfast has provided lodging and space for out-of-town guests, Pacific Northwest residents, wedding parties, and more. Every room in our 12,000 square foot Italian-style property is unique featuring special amenities such as: romantic gas fireplaces, ceiling fans, soaking or spa tubs, and/or private verandas.
In 2013, Toni and Martin took ownership of the Villa. We look forward to meeting you!
